Overs and Innings:An inning consists of a team's turn to bat and bowl. In limited-overs formats, each team faces a set number of overs (e.g., 50 overs in ODIs, 20 overs in T20s).
Scoring Runs:Batsmen score runs by hitting the ball and running between wickets. Runs can also be scored by hitting boundaries (four or six runs).
Dismissals:Batsmen can be dismissed in various ways, including bowled (ball hits the stumps), caught (fielder catches the ball), LBW (leg before wicket), run out (stumps hit while running), and more.
Bowling and Overs:Bowlers deliver the ball from one end of the pitch to the batsman at the other end. They have to bowl six legal deliveries (an over) before rotating to another bowler.
